KARPATSKÁ PERLA is a family winery from Šenkvice which was founded by a couple Margita and Ladislav Šebo in 1991. Thanks mostly to the focus on quality already in the vineyard and to the use of modern technology and techniques the company has been very successful and scored many outstanding awards at numerous domestic and international wine exhibitions and competitions. It has also been awarded a very prestigious Slovak award "The winery of the year", in 2011 and in 2012.

KARPATSKÁ PERLA cultivates 50 hectares of its own vineyards located in The Small Carpathian Wine Region. The most significant vineyard is called The Dry Hill and it covers the area of 28 hectares. It is situated in the midst of the protected area of The St. Martin's forest. The majority of the top wine varieties, protected by the marking of the origin, such as JAGNET, VARIETO and DÍLEMÚRE come from this vineyard. The Dry Hill vineyard is also a birthplace of 4 ŽIVLY (4 ELEMENTS), cuvée made by blending the top best four varieties of the vintage. In addition, the winery also produces sacramental wine for the Guild of St.Vojtech and as well as wines in limited editions.

All the wines produced by KARPATSKÁ PERLA are available for your tasting experience in the company`s shop or the presentation room in Šenkvice which is suitable for up to 60 people. The J&J Ostrožovič company is the oldest privately-owned winery in the Slovak Tokaj region. We have been producing superior wines since 1990. In 1993, we were the first to bring wines produced from the Tokaj grape varieties Furmint, Lipovina and Yellow Muscat using reductive technology to the Slovak marketplace. We cultivate 55 hectares of Tokaj vineyards using an environmentally friendly integrated production system. Family winemaking of Peter Matyšák was found in 1991 in a 300-hundred-year vineyard house in the center of Pezinok. Today the former winemaking building became a restaurant Vinum Galeria Bozen. Modern winemaking was built from scratch in 2002 in a part of Pezinok that is called Glejovka (glue factory). Cellar is equipped with a state-of-the-art technology allowing wine production of the highest quality. In 2006 a separate cellar for wine maturing in oak and barrique barrels was added to winemaking. The essential element of wine is primarily quality raw material which comes from the best vineyards of Lesser Carpathian and South Slovak wine region. Víno Matyšák successfully collaborates with the leading vine-growers for more than two decades, there is enough raw material for production of stable selection of wine and other products.

The Preiß family operates a winery and a fruit growing business in the Lower Austrian wine region Traisental. The rebirth of the winery Levice started in 2001, when the company Víno Levice s.r.o. obtained the objects of winery Levice, former state-owned enterprise Nitra /built in 1960/ in public auction.

Following years were years of significant investments of restoration of the devastated production premises, purchase of technologies and building of professional team. Our work directed by the experienced enolog Andrea Hrabinska resulted in high-end wines that are awarded every year in major domestic and international competitions, such as AWC Vienna or Concourse Mondial Brussel.

Wine and its quality is born in vineyards, that´s why we have a long-term cooperation with winegrowers known for their grape quality and we also grow our own grapes on 101 ha of vineyards in Nitra wine region. In the vineyards we mainly apply an ecological - integrated production system to protect the nature.

Under the winery is situated our biggest treasure – the former castle cellars from the 16. century that provide historic evidence of the combined use of underground space for both processing and storing vine. In the modern production breathing wooden barrels haven’t lost their importance nor the magic. That´s why we installed into the arched cellars oak barrels from the well know producer Franz Stockinger, where we age our best red wines.

Slobodne vinárstvo is a name of wine from Majer Zemianske Sady. Majer Zemianske Sady is an independent, family estate that cultivate the soil in Zemianske Sady near Hlohovec.

After violent interruption of the family tradition due to political reasons, Majer Zemianske Sady is now jointly run by the fourth and fifth generation.

Before the World War II our wines were sold under the trademark K trom boxerom (Three Boxers) and were appreciated by many artists in Prague. We started to rebuilt of wine-making tradition in 1997. Our parents replanted most of our vineyards and reconstructed our historical cellar. In 2010 we produced our first wine under name Slobodne vinárstvo.

We consider wine to be a living organism. Thus, both in the vineyards and in the cellar, we focus on artisan precision and understanding of all natural processes involved. We do not manipulate our wines. They all ferment naturally, only with the yeast present in the vineyards. We do not use any modern additives that would enhance of purify the taste of our wines.

From the beginning we concentrate also on the production of orange wines - wines made using white varieties that stay with the grape skins during the fermentation. experimentation with extensive skin contact maceration naturally brought our attention to the Kvevri, tradition clay amphorae from Georgia. We buried two kvevris at our estate before the 2014 harvest.

Erdinger Weissbrau brewery as one of the largest producers of wheat bear worldwide combines traditional Bavarian beer brewing with revolutionary modern technologies. The first documented evidence of its existence dates back to 1886. Brewery was sold in 1935 to a new owner - Franz Brombach who stands behind the early expansion of its operations abroad that led to excellent brand recognition all around the world. Nowadays, Erdinger Weisbrau is in sole proprietorship of his son Werner Brombach.

Erdinger Weissbier is produced by using resources of highest quality, over 100 years of beer brewing experience and continuous quality control. Thanks to these virtues, Erdinger Weissbier keeps its natural extraordinary flavor and character. Up until today, the beer is held matured in bottles according to traditional recipe and it takes up to 4 weeks until it is allowed for further distribution from the brewery. This type of fermentation enriches Erdinger Weissbier with a strikingly refreshing and zesty mouthfeel, which is one of the reasons why true beer masters tend to name it as “Bavarian Champagne”. Whole production process is naturally in compliance with German “clean beer legislation” (Reinheitsgebot) that is valid since 1516.

High intensity of sunlight, colder nights and rich soil around the river Kamp valley in southern Austria, are the priced characteristics of a region that is widely recognized for production of wines rich in diverse fruity flavor and high content of alcohol. Artisian production of purely distilled fruit brandy has been in bloodline of Zizak family for centuries. Since 1865 our family produced woodcoal in the Eastern Carpathian regionof which is Slovakia now. The root of our of our family name ŽIŽA means 'embers' in an ancient Slavic vernacular. Our ancestors began to distill small batches of hand-picked fruit brandies in the small village of Bodruzal. They used pure wood coal to filter home-distilled pears, plums and beer hops. The smooth, unaadilterated brandies soon became a legend of the region. Today, we rwlwntlessly adhere to using fruits from the same orchards, distilling them in small batches.
